Barclays plc was attributed all voting rights pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1

We further announce that we have received the following notification from
Barclay plc, London, England, in the name of and on behalf of Barclays Bank
plc:

Barclays Bank plc, London, England, decreased its shareholding and fell below
the 3% threshold according § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 15 July 2010 and at that date
indirectly held 2.31% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,521,012 shares with voting

Mannheim.
